ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

SE\u00d1ORES SOCIOS<\/b><\/span>: La Comisi\u00f3n Directiva de la Biblioteca Popular Juan Bautista Alberdi, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 33 de los Estatutos Sociales, convoca a los se\u00f1ores asociados a la Asamblea General Ordinaria para el d\u00eda<\/span> 27 de marzo de 2019<\/b><\/span> a las <\/span>19 hs<\/b><\/span>. en su Sede, sito en Mitre y Cayetano Zibechi de Hersilia, para considerar el siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Elecci\u00f3n de tres socios presentes que juntamente con el Presidente y el Secretario firmen el acta de la presente Asamblea.-<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n de la Memoria, Balance, Estado de Resultado, Estado de Evoluci\u00f3n de Patrimonio Neto, Estado de Flujo de Efectivo, Notas Complementarias, Anexos al Balance e Informe de los Revisadores de Cuentas por el 12\u00ba EJERCICIO ECON\u00d3MICO cerrado el 31 de Octubre de 2018.-<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Elecci\u00f3n de una Comisi\u00f3n Escrutadora compuesta por tres socios para que realicen el escrutinio de la elecci\u00f3n.-<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Elecci\u00f3n por dos a\u00f1os de cuatro miembros titulares y dos suplentes por terminaci\u00f3n de los mandatos de los Sres.: PIOLI AMANDA; MORERO ALBA; PUIG ELVIRA; ARIAS ADRIANA; RODRIGUEZ SILVINA; CLAPIER CRISTINA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Elecci\u00f3n por un a\u00f1o de los revisadores de cuentas en reemplazo de los se\u00f1ores: LAGNA NANCY; GASTALDI MAR\u00cdA NATALIA; CORONEL SILVIA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
